Florida Digital Bill of Rights

The Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR), effective July 1, 2024, provides certain privacy rights to Florida residents. The FDBR applies to businesses that conduct business in Florida, collect personal data about consumers, have annual global gross revenues exceeding $1 billion, and meet certain additional criteria related to advertising revenue, smart speaker operations, or app store operations. If we need additional time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us within a reasonable period after receiving our response.

We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined under Florida law, which includes data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, mental or physical health diagnosis, sexual orientation, citizenship or immigration status, genetic or biometric data processed for identification purposes, personal data of a known child, or precise geolocation data.
